Please consider this letter a brief expression of my thanks to you personally regarding the recent repairs made to my company pickup truck. As you may recall I felt there was a problem within the first few weeks of your rebuilding the entire
transmission. You were not, however, able to find the problem at that time. After a few attempts to fry and find the problem, you assured me that whatever it was, you would stand behind your repairs. While it took the better part of a year to finally pinpoint my transmission problem, you were true to your word that you would stand behind your initial repair job.
