The letter is to inform the Better Business Bureau that there really is no better business than Bay Transmissions in Manahawkin. For twenty years our family has been taking our
cars to Bay Transmission for servicing. The owner George is honest, stands behind his work and makes you feel welcomed from the moment you bring your car there to the pick-up. His secretary is very pleasant and concerned about satisfaction of customers.
If there is a problem after fixing the car, which has been infrequent, he will take the car back and fix it without question, even after some time has passed. The service is wonderful and from people who know nothing about cars, he explains the situation so that you can understand the car problem
It really gives us pleasure to compliment Bay Transmission because we have found so many bad businesses in our travels. When you come across one that is very fine, you want to have it recognized and praised.
